Director of Facilities Management

Experience:

Required: 10 years hospital experience with at least five years progressive management experience.

Certifications:

Required: CHFM certification. New hire can be given the opportunity to acquire certification within one year of employment if other qualifications are met.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

10 years hospital Facilities Management experience
TJC and CMS building and safety requirements
Associate Degree, BS degree preferred
CHFM Certification or ability to acquire within 1 year of hire
Do you have experience preparing and maintaining a 5 year capital expenditure plan?
Do you have experience developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 per year
