Director of Digital Marketing:
Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Orchestrator, a role tailored for a dynamic, results-driven marketing leader focused on execution. This role is crucial for driving patient acquisition, engagement, cross-selling, upselling, retention, and referral strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and engagement.
- Facilitate the integration of new acquisitions into our "house of brands" model, ensuring seamless transition and maintaining their unique identity under the Ascend umbrella
- Be a digital savant, focusing on patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and referral programs, including website optimization, content strategy, and impactful social media initiatives.
- Support local practices in community building, leveraging referrals, and channel marketing.
- Drive targeted digital, TV/radio, and PR campaigns, as needed by working with practices locally.
- Lead a compact marketing team, demonstrating a hands-on approach to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a high-growth company, with a strong focus on patient acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Multi-site experience working with diverse brands (working in healthcare a plus)
- Expertise & innovation in Digital Marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Ability to work closely with local clinics to tailor marketing strategies to their unique needs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
