SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Director, Andersen Division, is responsible for building and developing a high performing team while developing and driving the execution of strategic Digital Marketing initiatives to grow digital demand for our AW business through our Dealer channels and strategic audiences. This role oversees the Andersen website and marketing automation teams, as well as paid search, paid digital media and online reputation. The marketing director is also responsible for maintaining a strong connection to the broader Andersen and Renewal by Andersen marketing teams to collaborate on enterprise marketing initiatives and to leverage shared resources.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow and develop a high performing marketing team to plan and execute marketing strategies that support digital demand for the AWD business
- Develop and execute annual Digital Marketing plans and manage budgets to maximize AWD sales, drive traffic, enhance the brand, and elevate customer experiences
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support AWD customer engagement and product promotional strategies that develop, nurture, and retain customer relationships and provide a world class customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to provide personalized experiences to different strategic customer segments (homeowner and pro audiences) that drive digital demand and provide a world class homeowner experience across all digital channels
- Drive Enterprise innovation and efficiency through engaged collaboration with Andersen's divisions and business units marketing leaders to drive shared goals, leverage enterprise resources, and main brand alignment
- Develop and drive initiatives to improve overall Andersen brand online reputation across digital channels including 3rd party review sites and on andersenwindows.com
- develop a multi-touch attribution measurement methodology to measure and report on the overall effectiveness of traditional and digital media spend in driving traffic, leads, unit sales, and return on ad spend to the AWD business
- Oversees our relationship with outside Digital Marketing partners including digital agencies, technology partners, and customer experience research consultants
- Directly manages, supports, and develops a Digital Marketing team of exempt professionals
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- 4 year degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years in progressive Digital Marketing leadership roles
- Strong technical marketing and strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and lead a high-performance team
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
- Customer-first mindset

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
