Job Description: Director of Development, Investments and Acquisitions

• The Director of Development, Investments, and Acquisitions will serve as the main point of contact for all lender and investor relationships and ensure the development of new hotels meets all financing requirements.
• This role will analyze and evaluate investment prospects for the hotel, including research, modeling, and analysis.
• The Director of Development, Investments, and Acquisitions will collaborate with the executive team to assess potential risks and rewards associated with investments.
• The Director of Development, Investments, and Acquisitions will make recommendations to senior management and prospective investors.
• This individual will lead the acquisition process for new hotels, including negotiations, deal structuring, and contract management.
• The Director of Development, Investments, and Acquisitionswill report directly to the President of the company and work with legal, real estate, and operations teams when transitioning new properties.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business or related; MBA or CFA certification is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in the hospitality or real estate industry with a focus on Investments and Acquisitions.
• Proven excellence in deal-making and negotiation techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel financial operations and the latest industry trends.
• Self-starter with an ability to make independent decisions and formulate successful strategies.
