Description:
The Director of Customer Experience primary responsibilities include providing customer relations to Pearl Healthcare patients, families, vendors and staff to support Pearl Healthcare’s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees customer satisfaction efforts at the facility.
- Addresses any needs, questions, concerns, working closely with facility team for prompt response/resolution.
- Promotes an understanding of the vision, mission, plans and standards of Pearl Healthcare within the defined areas of responsibility.
- Demonstrates teamwork through connecting with co-workers within and across departments.
- Works closely with the Admissions team to support all areas of admissions/discharges.
- Assists with room readiness for admissions.
- Greets new admissions and family members providing Customer Experience and hospitality.
- Performs room rounds daily to support customer service and hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- 2 years of prior customer service experience in a health care setting preferred.
