- Responsible for all communications within the organization, with our parishioners, and with the general public and visitors through our website and social media.
- Support all ministries within the Parish as a liaison between the staff and individual ministries (Adoration Chapel, Respect Life, etc.)
- Effectively create and carry our a communications plan, including but not limited to:
- Strategy development - transit the mission, logistics and happenings with clarity while maintaining cohesive visual branding and a consistent voice.
- Website - Oversee content management and design
- Flocknote - Manage content, deadlines, sing-ups, and more for bi-weekly parish emails to 1,400+ parishioners. Onboard other staff members and provide training and support .
- Social media - Create and oversee posting plan for Facebook and Instagram for the parish and school.
- Weekend Mass experience - Create and distribute weekly bulletins, applicable flyers, announcements, and share all of this information on virtual platforms.
- Materials - Brand and manage inventory of materials related to communications (i.e., banners, bulletins, signs) in physical and virtual spaces.
- Print advertising and marketing - Provide graphic design for flyers and banners for all departments and general parish needs.
- Public relations - Handle inquiries concerns and more from parishioners and the public who interact with us through the website, Flocknote or phone calls regarding programming or communications.
- New Parishioner Care - Create a system where new members can easily join and get involved quickly through relationships and programs. Includes keeping Parish bulletin boards updated and accurate, and personally reaching out to newly registered members and hosting a semi-annual dinner.
- Livestream Manager - Liaison between technology team and Parish to ensure our sound, cameras, and home viewing experience is consistently working and constantly improving.

- Proficient in Canva, InDesign or similar software.
