Red Cliffs Post Acute is looking to expand their team with a Marketing and Admission Director!

Red Cliffs Post Acute specializes in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with Discharge Planners, Case Managers, and Physicians to generate placement referrals.
- Provide tours to perspective patients, family members or responsible parties.
- Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services.
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure growth and expansion of company services and improvement of facilities census.
- Receive and follow schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established policies and procedures.
- Assist in interviewing residents/guardians/sponsors and obtaining required admission information and signatures.
- Assist in the resident admission orientation program in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
Required:
- Skilled nursing/Post AcuteMarketing Director experience required.
