ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proven playbook for expanding clinic capacity and increasing patient flow
- Negotiation of most favorable rates with payors
- Access to expanded value-added services including Mohs, pathology, dermatology grade beauty products, and research
- Supporting our governance structure that supports provider autonomy while delivering profitable accountability
- Supports long term success of operations and providers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The successful candidate will be the general manager responsible for a large P&L portfolio of practices and strategic corporate initiatives
- Expectations of the role include driving topline revenue, increase clinic margins, identifying and elevating talent, and actively participating in the strategy of the organization as it scales
- Full accountability for the financial and operational results for all assigned practice sites including, existing clinics, and future development of and acquisition of clinics to meet specific quality/compliance, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and financial revenue and operating expense / capital expense goals
- Attain command of the competitive landscape for the practice area, make recommendations and execute on growth potential for the assigned practices
- Requires skill in designing and negotiating compensation structures that motivate the full healthcare team to perform to its potential
- Proactively hire, train, retain, and develop talent that will serve as future leaders for the organization
- Establish consistent and fair review processes that promote opportunity for self-guided career growth and guided understanding of how their performance measures against expectations in a shifting landscape
- Drive provider retention, recruitment, and satisfaction
- Requires tight performance alignment with Recruiting and project management as new centers are added to the company
- Ensure alignment with and implementation of all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $154,000.00 per year
