The company currently operates 125+ stores across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma and growing.

Salad and Go is seeking a Director of Business Intelligenceto develop a strategic roadmap of systems that quickly evolve the maturity of the business. We want someone with technical and communication skills, who is hungry to have an impact, and is not satisfied with mediocrity.

As the Director of Business Intelligence, you will:

• Lead a team that understands and builds data structures and system integrations
• Design and build enterprise reports and dashboards
• Work with leadership to identify and execute on key business initiatives while ensuring a data roadmap is in place and updated for clear vision
• Collaborate across the organization to design creative solutions that produce real outcomes
• Create project deliverables within scope, budget and timelines and communicate appropriately
• Validate data integrity to ensure metrics are accurate and within expected timelines

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years building databases and a data warehouse
• Direct experience in the food industry or supply chain topics
• Worked extensively with Azure, SQL, Tableau, POS, Workday and SAP ERP
• Strong, positive, and vibrant communication skills
