Innovative Atlanta-based company, Capital Financing, looking for talent that can build strategic relationships with law firms with a focus on Personal Injury. Individuals with experience marketing medical practices and working with law firms will be valuable to this role. You will run a territory in Michigan that requires knowledge of Salesforce, account management, and Business Development.

Strong account management skills to maintain referring businesses are important.Knowing how to prospect, convey our services, and deliver exceptional service to professionals will be critical to success. We are seeking a talented individual to represent our company. At Capital Financing we focus on Personal Injury law firms where we provide pre-settlement and case expense financing solutions.

These 2 services are essential to law firms and their clients after a plaintiff is injured. If they cannot afford their living expenses, we can provide a partial settlement prior to the completion of the case. When a law firm doesn't have the capital or ability to access lines of credit to pay for case expenses, we can provide them the necessary funding to build the case till trial while providing them extra operational cash flow to grow their business.This is a lucrative opportunity for an individual with relationships built through marketing medical offices that worked with Personal Injury law firms.Responsibilities:• Prospect Personal Injury law firms throughout Michigan• Work with Trial Lawyer Associations• Attend evening networking events• Work closely with the leadership team to assist in educating law firms about company services• Be able to articulate all company's valuable proposition• Differentiate the company to other competitors• Identify prospects• Reach metrics and goals established by the company• Effectively track leads through CRMQualifications:• Proven history of successful sales• Strong references• Loyalty to prior companies• 3-5 years experience working with CRM• Medical or Legal based knowledge• 3-5 years in Marketing or Sales position• Current list of law firm prospectsAbout Company: Part of our culture here is that we believe in collaboration, and allowing our employees to grow and reach their fullest potential. We call ourselves family.
