FBR is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a Director of Behavior Analysis in Indiana, PA.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week).
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field
- BCBA Certificate
- Licensed in this Commonwealth in one of the following:
- Psychiatrist
- Psychologist
- Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP)
- Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Social Worker (LSW)
- Behavior Specialist (LBS)
- or other professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
- At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience developing and implementing clinical programming based in the principles of ABA is preferred
