Collaborate with senior leadership to comprehend business performance and offer actionable insights regularly, including input on product launches, promotions, marketing effectiveness, and new feature releases. Provide data-driven strategic input into company strategy at high levels and for the long term. Effectively manage and mentor a team of analysts and engineers with empathy. Oversee the technical strategy for the data stack and analytics tools at our organization. Lead analytics planning and prioritization on a weekly and quarterly basis. Establish and enforce best practices across analysis, experimentation, dashboarding, and data modeling.

We're Looking For Someone Who Brings
8+ years of Analytics experience spanning various functional areas, including Merchandising and/or Operations. At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles. Thorough understanding of end-to-end data processes. Preferred experience in implementing data analytics within an organization. Proficiency in SQL. Experience with data modeling and data visualization (experience with dbt and Looker is advantageous). Familiarity with data engineering is a plus. Ability to influence decision-makers at the leadership level.
