- Provide impactful, visual, data-driven insights to clients, informing future campaigns and brand needs.
- Lead client communication for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Assist with driving the development and deployment of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
- Organize and analyze programmatic media, CRM and web data to identify significant trends or outcomes that suggest an opportunity to improve the overall agency and client strategy across all channels.
- Analyze historical KPI data and evolving trends to support strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to grow and retain brand partners.
- Establish company frameworks and templates for reporting and analytics on media campaigns.
- Work with cross-departmental teams to enhance overall reporting and measurement processes across all clients.
- Support mass data collection efforts to develop performance trends including client and company benchmarks.
- Contribute to enhancing data visualizations.
- Collaborate with the client and partner agencies to help establish media and Web Data KPIs.
- Participate in client media planning.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to build ad-hoc materials requested by brand partners.
Collecting, consolidating, and/or using relevant information, reconizing important information, tracking possible causes of problems, and searching for practical data/solutions.
Technical Qualifications -- Advanced knowledge of Excel (formatting, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, queries, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, DOMO and/or PowerBI)
- Strong marketing channel knowledge: familiarity with all major platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and Bing (inclusive of organic and paid metrics & KPIs) as well as an ability to efficiently find, analyze and format data sourced from other media platforms
- Excellent understanding of all marketing channels and personal and non-personal promotion (e.g., search marketing, social marketing, digital display, online video, programmatic, CTV, broadcast, radio/audio, non-personal HCP programs, print, OOH, sales team KPIs and how non-personal and sales work together)
- Excellent understanding of leading measurement strategies and techniques including audience analysis, impact measurement, test and control methodologies, ROI studies, client Attitudes, Trial, and Use studies (ATUs) predictive and prescriptive analytics methodologies, and industry leaders that provide such solutions (e.g., Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony, etc.)
- Strong experience with other M365 tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
