The Job
Responsible for implementing Member Satisfaction (MSAT) strategy to execution in collaboration with internal business stakeholders within the Health Plan and with external stakeholders and provider groups. Define and consolidate MSAT strategy and drive cross-functional execution. Facilitate identification of insights, solution design and implementation with a primary focused on improving access to care.
You Will
- Lead the development and execution of Member Satisfaction (MSAT) programs and services in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external provider groups.
- Drive the execution, monitoring, and iteration of our access to care strategy, encompassing internal strategy, vendor management, and provider group-facing strategy.
- Coordinate our practice change management strategy in conjunction with our provider relations team.
- Analyze and maintain a pulse on the member experience using our provider group survey data, clinical grievances data and voice of customer data and use this to generate targeted, actionable plans for improving member experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with provider groups to enable targeted practice-level quality improvement efforts and to enable escalation of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with project management to create action plans for implementing recommendations.
- Develop and track KPIs for success and develop mitigation plans for risks and constraints facing the team.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on MSAT interventions to inform cross-functional decision making with member experience in mind.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Centered Design, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Business is preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- 8+ years of healthcare experience.
- User Experience Design experience, preferred.
- Consulting experience, preferred
- Very proficient with Visio and Workflow Diagrams to communicate current state and future state
- Background in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Science is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Project Management discipline.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate a visual story
- Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Ability to facilitate effective cross functional team interaction.
- Strong experience in writing business and functional requirements and facilitating workshop sessions to gather requirements
