What you'll be responsible for:
The Director, IT Programs & Compliance Management will lead the IT intake, on time delivery, issue, program and escalation management of work requests across Circle. This role will ensure IT functions with on time delivery and communicates any hurdles to success. They will additionally program manage work generated to advance automations and efficiencies across IT. Responsibilities will include leading regular cadence of IT program meetings with partner teams and IT leadership. This role will additionally hold responsibility for partnering with the Risk and Compliance team to track, manage and ensure on time resolution of all IT risk related issues and audit findings. This person will work across the IT and Risk teams to ensure that policy and controls are accurately documented and followed within the IT organization. Responsibility for management, updates and closure of IT audit board assigned items will be required. This leader will work cross functionally to achieve results for the IT and partner organizations. Responsibilities for corporate wide IT communications will be included in this role. We're looking for an energetic people-person to be able to interface enthusiastically with all levels of leadership and users across Circle.
What you'll work on:
- Lead work intake for IT program requests to ensure accurate and complete requirements
- Lead and facilitate IT program tracking, meeting cadence and resolution of issues to ensure on time delivery
- Manage timely escalations to IT leadership and partner teams regarding hurdles or issues relative to delivery
- Facilitate management and closure of all IT risk related audit findings, issues, controls per delivery dates
- Provide communication and training to employees, both formal and ad hoc, relative to IT deployments and associated impacts
- Continuing to grow IT credibility and transparency with business partners

What you'll bring to Circle:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills across all levels of employees and leadership
- Deep Experience in managing the IT work intake process to ensure complete and accurate requirements are understood and delivery dates are agreed upon across IT and stakeholders
- 10+ years experience with IT program management, issue resolution and escalation to executive leadership both in IT and across partner organizations
- 10 + years working in Technology related business, understanding of Cloud infrastructures and SaaS
- 5+ years working in highly regulated financial industries with first hand knowledge of Risk Management, lines of defense
- Experience communicating IT implementations and associated impacts to a corporate wide audience
- Understanding of IT frameworks for ITIL (Incident, Change, Service, Problem), Asset management
- Past experience with corporate programs for ERP, HR, Legal systems a plus

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $190,000 - $242,500
Annual Bonus Target: 20%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
