We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Director to provide a full range of HR business support to a recently acquired line of business within the Customer Experience (CX) organization. This role will work closely with key business stakeholders to drive strategy and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to: employee relations, post-merger integration (PMI), organization design and implementation, change leadership, engagement and retention and coaching.
The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact in a changing organization and excels in a fast-paced environment. Strong resiliency and ability to adapt is critical. Experience with post M&A integration is a must have.
Responsibilities:
- A primary responsibility will be to establish a bridge between two cultures (acquired and acquiring companies) and taking best of both to strengthen the sense of belonging.
- Build plans to implement the values, competencies, performance management and people process, mode of operation in the organization.
- Operates as a trusted advisor by using professional credibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities.
- Partner with leaders of the NICE acquisition to continue their integration into NICE, including adapting to NICE culture as well as employee processes and procedures.
- Strengthen the leadership team of each organization by providing coaching and development to senior leaders.
- Leading a team of 3 HRBPs, globally to deliver on the people strategy for the LoB.
- Engage with the employees to understand and improve the employee experience and facilitate the organization's culture and engagement strategies. Set the tone for employment engagement, team building, and overall culture.
- Establish a communication cadence with leaders of each business unit to understand the needs of each unit and how they tie into the overall needs of the business.
- Partner to design and implement organizational change that aligns with business objectives. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure adoption.
- Lead complex initiatives where the impact is significant in supporting the client's needs. Initiatives include employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development.
- Drive and execute on annual HR processes including talent management, reward and recognition programs and performance management.
- Partner with and between COEs and regional HR teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization. Leverage all HR programs, policies, processes and systems.
- Use data to highlight trends and proactively offer solutions that will drive business results.
- Provide business stakeholders with analysis of client organizations' "health" by looking at trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity etc.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in Human Resources, Psychology or other applicable discipline
- Professional HR qualification is desirable
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a technology organization and/or a global environment.
- Ideally experience leading a small team.
- Previous experience in integrating an acquired company into the organization, ideally in the technology sector.
- Track record of developing strong and effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groups.
- Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives throughout the organization and influence decision makers.
- Ability to be solution focused and translate strategy into action.
- Experience with interpreting data and trends to draw conclusions and make business recommendations.
- Strong project management skills from planning to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency, hands-on approach, flexibility and confidence.
- Must demonstrate confidence in making decisions.
- Demonstrated agility to work within a complex (global, matrixed) environment is strongly preferred.
