- This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence of 3 days per week at Chevy Chase, MD or Manhattan, NY offices.
- Develop and maintain deep, influential relationships with senior business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, root-causing issues, and matching people strategies to business strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve organizational performance, collaborating with key clients to ensure structures align with business goals.
- Lead efforts for the performance management process, including compensation planning, high performer recognition, and talent development.
- Ensure effective partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for timely delivery of services and support to client groups.
- Foster a climate of inclusion, integrating diverse thoughts to develop plans and solutions suited to evolving circumstances.
- Work with clients to define talent management needs, designing and implementing programs contributing to long-term success.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resource management experience in roles of progressively increasing scope within matrixed, high-growth organizations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including recruiting, hiring, benefits, compliance, talent, compensation, employee retention, and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and partner with employees at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching, complex facilitation, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational design and development.
- Experience providing consultation to Senior Management on strategic and tactical HR-related business matters.
- HRCI or SHRM Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience in a strategic HR role with executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence.
- Significant depth in Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, and Talent Management.
