Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Graphic & Creative Brand Marketing to join our team in Sherman Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, digital assets and more.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and strategies for promoting properties and engaging with clients.

- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

- Work Closely with agents, staff to understand their needs and deliver high-quality design solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.

- Conduct thorough research to identify areas for improvement in existing content.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

- 7+ years of industry experience in graphic design and marketing .

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles.

- $75,000-$85,000
