Who You Are:

The Director of Communications will be responsible for developing, refining, and implementing our communication strategies, both internally and externally. You’ll be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of social media and other communication channels.

You’ll work closely with other teams and leadership to ensure consistent and effective messaging that aligns with the brand style, goals, and values.

What You'll Do:

• Be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the following groups: Content & Communications, Creative (Design, Web Dev, Photo), & Video
• Provide creative direction and feedback to all communication and creative team members on high priority Communications team projects
• Lead, prepare, and execute project plan for all high level Communication and Operations related projects
• Establish and maintain project management best practices for the Communication Team
• Train Project Coordinators and Group Leads to apply and enforce those best practices with the Communication Team
• Hold all team members accountable for maintaining the standards of excellence in work ethic and all media and content creation
• Develop and lead team members across multiple departments
• Establish, maintain and uphold brand design standards across the entire organization
• Establish, maintain and uphold all file, folder, & naming convention standards in our file management system
• Establish, maintain and uphold all media management processes in our digital media asset management platform

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience working for an individual brand
• Strong experience creating motivational and inspirational content
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Superior leadership skills with experience leading and developing a team
• Proficiency in leveraging various communication tools and platforms
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement successful communication plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
