Additionally, the Director of Enrollment is responsible for assisting in the planning of Marketing events related to enrollment, building and maintaining respectful relationships with other departments, developing training materials, and supervising Enrollment staff members for their performance.

- Developing and executing a strategic enrollment plan: The role is responsible for developing and executing a plan that ensures the school meets its enrollment targets. This includes setting goals and metrics, identifying target markets, and developing strategies to attract and retain students.
- Managing the admissions process: The role oversees the entire admissions process, from reviewing applications to making admission decisions. They ensure that the admissions process is fair, consistent, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments: The role works closely with other departments such as marketing, financial aid, and academic affairs to ensure that the enrollment process is aligned with the school's overall goals and objectives.

SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of CRM system, Salesforce highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills, must enjoy public speaking in front of large audiences and networking
- Experience monitoring campaign results and aggregating performance data to
- present to leadership.
- Experience and understanding of organic search optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
- Able to work a flexible schedule as required.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize, and goal-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1O+ years of experience in enrollment, admission, and marketing
- Higher Education background preferred.
