Director of Food & Beverage
$200,000 - $250,000 + based on experience
JOB SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Director functions as the strategic business leader of the beverage/culinary operations of a space which includes a restaurant, lobby bar, cafe, cocktail lounge, outdoor beer garden, and rooftop indoor/outdoor bar with an expansive terrace. The position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the Food and Beverage/culinary operation meets target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. The position will be responsible for overseeing 350+ employees. Develops and implements venue-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provide a return on investment.
EXPERIENCE
- 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- 2 or 4-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major
- Luxury Brands preferred - others considered
- Multi-unit, multi-concept background
