We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join our team as the Director of Strategy. As the Director of Corporate Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term vision and guiding our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to define and execute our strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives. You will also be engaged to support Mergers & Acquisitions in support of our various business units. Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and drive the company's strategic planning process, including defining strategic objectives, assessing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities that will inform the company's strategic decisions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and assess the competitive landscape, including key competitors, market positioning, and pricing strategies. Recommend strategies to maintain or enhance our competitive advantage.
- Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives and regularly report to senior leadership.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and foster strategic relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a Corporate Strategy, management consulting, or a related role within a tech company, consulting firm or other related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
