StriVectin, a leading prestige skincare company and division of Crown Laboratoriesis hiring for a Director of Consumer Engagement.


DEPARTMENT: Global Marketing
LOCATION: Hybrid – 2 days in Office, 3 days working remotely


SUMMARY

Strivectin, an icon within the clinical Skincare space, is looking for its next head of Brand Engagement. This modern leader, will own all things Brand Engagement - social media, advocacy, influencer and PR - and be leading a team as well as manage key agency & cross-functional relationships. This leader must demonstrate:

Overview: Head of Consumer Engagement will lead, develop and implement innovative buzz driving programs across the influencer, social and PR sphere to drive brand awareness, consideration and ultimately conversion for the Strivectin brand. Key responsibilities:

  • Innovative thinking & a test and learn mindset with experience in building disruptive campaigns
  • Know how to drive brand buzz as well as drive brand sales
  • Knowledgeable about the fashion and beauty space, key tastemakers & trends...In the Know
  • Manage strategic partnerships - bringing teams together to drive brand awareness across agencies

ROLE PRIORITIES:

  • This person will be responsible for elevating our integrated communications strategy which includes social media, PR and influencers to engage consumers as well as new relationships with key beauty influencers, content creators, talent, beauty editors, etc. globally
  • Responsible for leading the Consumer Engagement strategy on all social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Triller, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest, and all other emerging platforms), developing the overall content, social media and community management strategy
  • Build and support strong 360 plans to activate core and innovation, short and long term
  • Lead and evolve all PR, social media, agency relations and influencer plans by developing engaging content that is unique, differentiated and enhances overall brand equity to propel the brand strategy and cultivate its positioning
  • Organize social media events that embrace the realms of key influencers to develop more personal and effective relationships and create engagement around product initiatives
  • Support all paid efforts with content strategies that drive acquisition, reach and engagement
  • Define channel objectives and develop multi-channel strategies that drive both channel and business results.
  • Manage content calendar and social media content deliverables, from concepting to briefing to execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support key brand moments, events, and initiatives.
  • Analyze and report on performance to stakeholders and management.
  • Oversee community management execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8-10+ years of experience managing social media marketing
  • Experience in skincare a plus
  • Early adopter of new platforms, systems and tools for creating content
  • Track record of driving results through creating and managing social media content, audience development and engagement
  • Strong analytical mindset, coupled with creative thinking to generate compelling, engaging and social content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and resilience; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
