Direct Support Professional (Monday-Friday)

Activities Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site job training
• Participate in planned activities
• Assist with bus training
• Assist with daily documentation
• Assist with personal hygiene

Activities Coordinator Requirements:

• Valid Utah Driver's License and pass a motor vehicle report
• Must be 21 years or older in order to transport clients to and from work locations (use of personal vehicle is NOT required)
• Positive and encouraging attitude
