```Duties```
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Implement behavior management strategies and techniques
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Assist with transportation and accompany individuals to appointments or community activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in healthcare or related fields such as nursing, social work, or childcare is preferred
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care routines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals
