SalaryDuties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Support individuals in participating in recreational and social activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to supervisor
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or Direct Support role preferred
- Familiarity with patient care, nursing home, or home care settings is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors
- Knowledge of systems and procedures for providing quality care
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Experience in senior care or childcare is beneficial
