SalaryYou must be available to work 10pm-10am and every other weekend. These are required hours for overnight staff. The location is Eagan, MN.
Your wage will vary based on experience and starting at $22.00/hr.
We are hiring Relational Behavioral Professionals that have experience in the following:
- Supporting individuals who are non-verbal
- Assisting in personal cares
- Implementing proactive positive support and behavioral crisis intervention strategies
- Physical intervention capabilities (walking briskly, jogging, using blocking equipment and stability balls).

All positions do include working some weekends and most holidays. Your responsibilities would include:
- Implementing person-centered outcomes
- Medication administration
- Developing positive and healthy relationships with the residents and staff
- Teaching and mentoring in daily living skills
- Implementing behavioral intervention strategies
- Cultivating community connections
- Participate in the certification program
