We are a mid-size, direct service-provider agency that specializes in the care and support of individuals in the Portage County Developmentally Disabled community. We have immediate opportunities for Direct Support Professionals in our Residential and Transportation departments, for part time, full time and change of career employment needs!

A “Direct Support Professional” or DSP, works directly with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to assist in their becoming independent and integrated into their community. Many of our new staff comment that becoming a DSP in the healthcare field is very much like a career becoming a teacher in school...the work is that important and rewarding! Plus, Home to You helps cover your trainings and certifications that allow you to work anywhere in the State of Ohio!

We are committed to providing the best possible care for the individuals we serve. You could be a part of our specialized team, as we can guarantee you 20-40 hours of rewarding work and fun per week. Direct Support Professionals will go into client homes or into the community to assist them with everyday needs. We also pay you mileage. Pay: $14.50 per hour

Less than 6 points on driver’s license and pass a background test
