Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Description:

Nova Center of the Ozarks is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team! Needing staff with evening/weekend availability!! Pay starts at $20.00/hour.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Duties:

• Provide supportive care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of ways including daily living activities, community outings, behavior supports, social interactions, and more
• Maintain confidentiality
• Exhibit professionalism in performance of all duties
• Turn in required documentation in timely manner

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current tags, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain a record of punctuality and good attendance
• Ability to work without constant supervision
• Ability to stand, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds as well as push and pull items
