Success Rehabilitation is a residential and day treatment rehabilitation program for adults with traumatic brain injury. You will find meaningful work helping individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments.

STARTING SALARY $16-22/HR
Disclaimer: Pay rate will be $16 per hour until successful completion of our Medical Administration course.
Flexible work schedules with requirement of working one weekend shift per week.
Primary Job Duties:
At Success, you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life. You will:
- Work to support each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals
- Assist residents to maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed
- Accompany clients to community outings, doctor’s appointments
Job Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must have own reliable vehicle - no public transportation/uber/lyft, etc.
- Proof of a high school diploma, GED and/or college/university degree from a US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to be flexible and cross-trained at various locations for client coverage.
- Minimum of 6 months Human Services/Direct care experience as an employee, volunteer, or for a family member
- Physical requirements – position requires walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset.
- Local candidates within a 15-mile radius preferred.
