The Occupational Development Center, a work training facility for adults with intellectual disability is seeking a full-timeDirect Support Professional for Community Participation and Facility Supervisor . This is a multi-faceted position that includes training and supervising program participants, ensuring the completion of contract work, participating in the creation and delivery of Individual Service Plans. Providing supervision to participants in-house and while in the community doing volunteer work. Good driving history required.
Qualified applicants should possess:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
- Valid PA driver’s license
FT position: (40 hrs/wk), M-F; hours are: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Starting rate $15/hr-18/hr depending on experience. Benefits available after successful completion of 90 day orientation period.
