As a Residential Life Skills Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in the rehabilitation, retraining, and reintegration of individuals with acquired brain injuries into their communities.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities, social skills coaching, and community reintegration
• Teach concepts and skills to promote independence, such as following instructions, budgeting, money management, and problem-solving
• Prepare meals, assist with hygiene tasks, assist with community activities, occasionally accompany individuals to medical appointments, and more

Desired Skills:

• Time-management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and social skills
• Personal accountability and teamwork

Physical Demands:

• Regular verbal communication, use of hands, and physical assistance with transfers/mobility
• Ability to perform job duties in residential and community settings
