About the Job:
This is an onsite role. You will be responsible for leading our International Sales team. Will be responsible for developing our retrofit dealer channel and assisting in expanding our distribution partnerships with OEM’s.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and Execute International Business Strategy
Responsible for building new distribution channels in areas of the world with no current distribution.
Responsible for the International Business strategic business plan, sales forecasts, operational plans and overall profitability of that segment.
Provide direct oversight and management to our business teams in Brazil, Argentina, and Europe.
Work with North American Sales Lead and OEM Account Lead to ensure alignment and consistency in distribution requirements and processes globally.
Develop relationships with significant agricultural OEM manufacturers globally, as well as dealers and growers in key international markets.
Work with the International Engineering Director to develop the product roadmap by major geography.
Ensure connectivity and support for all International Precision Planting employees back to Operations, Marketing, Product Support and Engineering functions.
Build relationship and develop plan to leverage AGCO shared resources in South America and Europe to support growing international business.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key leaders and contacts within the industry.

Travel can range from 40-50%.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture studies or business studies
15+ years’ experience as a people manager
8-10 years’ experience leading a sales team
Excellent people management skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Highly motivated
Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
