This is for a seasonal event running from Oct. through March, which also could turn into a permanent position.
This position pays competitive wages PLUS commission. Full-time & Part time available
FT can earn $3,500 - $5,000 per month.
As a Maximilian Sales Professional, your role is to ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, displaying strong knowledge of BCI products, offering appropriate merchandise and fitting advice, as well as our fur service capabilities.
Your responsibilities encompass demonstrating superior customer service skills & meeting sales & service goals. Also, to achieve key metrics as part of BCI’s measurable key performance indicators, providing product knowledge to our customers, working as part of a team to meet individual and salon objectives, and complying with all company standards and requirements.
Your PRIMARY role is to deliver your individual Sales/Service Goal on an ongoing basis, always displaying superior service to all our customers.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Sell our fur products, accessories, Protection Plans and other offered services in a manner that ensures your personal goal achievement and customer satisfaction.
- Develop a personal annual business plan in conjunction with the Sales Manager to ensure achievement of personal sales/service goals.
- Develop a working knowledge of our business in terms of styles, features, advantages, benefits, and fit to be able to verbalize to our customers.
- Acquire the ability to take and record customer measurements and perform all fitting techniques required in order to close the sale.
- Utilize all clientele outreach tools available to ensure new and repeat business.
- Drive customer participation in our Protection Plans.
- Achieve personal goals for all re-style events.
- Maintain an awareness of all BCI and vendor partner promotions & sales events.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, visual display, storekeeping/housekeeping.
- Participate in the Associate Development Review (ADR) process as required.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
- Aid customers in locating, trying on and fitting our merchandise.
- Communicate specific customer requests to the Salon Manager.
- Assist in completing price changes, inventory execution and cycle counts.
- Ring up sales and bag merchandise.
- Sell knowledgeably and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers relative to new purchases and re-styles.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Participate In required Compliance Training on a timely basis.
- Maintain reasonable contact with clients to ensure satisfaction & future business.
- Communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems effectively and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
- Maintain professional relationships with our customers, BCI Management and team associates.
Knowledge and Adherence to;
- Company and partner store policy and procedures (including but not limited to sales and service; customer service; dress code; security and loss prevention).

- High School Diploma required
- Retail experience required
- Bi-Lingual a plus
