Dining Room Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Be personable and committed to hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Dining Room
- Have an innate desire to serve the guest and attend to their needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
