SalaryOur Dining Room Host/Hostess position focuses on customer service and Dining Room cleanliness.
In a typical week as a Dining Room Host you will be
- Working at a fast and accurate pace, to serve our guests quickly and efficiently.
- Performing table touch-ins with guests
- Greet guests with a warm welcome.
- Refreshing beverages for guests
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by keeping Dining Room tables and floors cleaned as well as the Patio Area
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Changing trash in Dining Room and outdoor patio areas
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to interact with guests and provide top notch customer service
- Must be able to perform custodial duties (cleaning tables/floors, taking out trash, etc.)
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Must have great communication skills both with guests and fellow Team Members
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
