Description
The role of Dining Room Host consists of providing an
exceptional customer service experience to the guests of Chick-fil-A Livonia.
The Host will support to the Front of House team by greeting guests, ensuring
food is delivered to tables in a timely manner, drinks are refreshed, and a
consistent and exceptional standard is maintained in the restaurant. Friday and
Saturday availability is required.
Requirements:
Customer service experience required
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Able to multitask
Ability to maintain cleanliness in the Dining Room and use
cleaning supplies
