Job Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for actioning Time Off Requests & Attendance Exceptions daily.
- I communicate with my team & know why they miss work.
- I partner with the Ops Mgr / Coach on all attendance terminations.
- I consult the People Lead for guidance when needed.
- I take a weekly inventory of SFS packaging supplies, review weekly box usage in GIF and share the needs with my coach and store manager.
- I Lead Team Huddle.
- I will actively conduct "Coaching By Walking Around" with my team
- I take care of the customers and develop and lead my associates.
- Using the Team app, I provide my team with updates, set goals and track productivity.
- I follow up that my team's critical routines are completed.
- I am accountable to make sure my team’s critical routines are completed.
- I lead all associates in the absence of the coach and store manager.
- I attend monthly store meetings and communicate important information back to my team.
- I have weekly discussions with my team to discuss the improvement of team productivity.
- I tour my area in with my team associates and coach.
- My GIF user requirements are:
- Business facility admin - lite.
Picker.
Pickup.
Customer service manager.
Stager.
Exception picker.
- I am responsible for reviewing exception management in a timely manner, refer to the Exceptions Management Process Guide.
- I am accountable for the Ulearn training completion for my team.

Digital
- I am an hourly supervisor that oversees the pickup and delivery areas.
- I provide customer service.
- I make sure my area is set up and maintained to standard.
- I manage supply inventory and the overall standards of my department.
- I address any orders that have been canceled.
- I address any expired orders and make sure items are stocked to the salesfloor to standard.
- I use the Dot.com Store app to assist customers and train others on its usage.
- I track customer orders, as necessary.
- I review reporting and follow up with associates and customer concerns.
- I follow up on daily process execution and operation.
- For SFS locations I perform the following additional responsibilities:I monitor pick and pack performance throughout the day.
I perform quality checks for shorts and box audits.
I stage orders in the picking, pick complete or pick review areas and then sort orders for packing.
- I ensure Compliance standards are followed and daily OPD SPARK Food Safety Checklists are completed.
- I action customer survey’s in MYCustomer (Medallia App) daily.I respond and close alerts with in the 72-hour action period.
I investigate and address the root cause of the issue and act when necessary.
I take care of the customer by resolving the issue and gaining their trust to shop with us again.
- Each day I lead daily process execution and operations:Organizing, monitoring and supporting shoppers and the backroom
Managing exceptions
Ensuring all orders are picked on time
Verifying quality checks are being completed
Driving the backroom crew to a < 5 minute wait time.
- I am responsible for all aspects of my daily routine.
