Position Summary: Nano Banc is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Relationship Banker. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized banking services to our valued customers.

- Represent Nano Banc: Interact with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Greet members and guests upon entry and throughout their visit.
- Provide Efficient Service: Offer prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
- Identify Customer Needs: Learn to recognize member's needs for services and present and refer them appropriately.
- Conduct Monetary Transactions: Assist with monetary transactions for members, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and miscellaneous receipts. Examine checks for endorsements.
- Account Management: Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts according to the established policies and procedures of Nano Banc.
- Sales: Sell products and services as deemed appropriate for the specific customer.
- Branch Support: Participate in all Branch functions necessary to contribute to the achievement of the branch earnings and growth objectives.
- Training and Development: Participate in sales meetings and training programs to obtain and refine product knowledge and selling skills.
- Documentation Compliance: Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all accounts maintained by the Banc. Utilize ChexSystems and OFAC as part of the new accounts opening procedures.
- Account Oversight: Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds as deemed necessary. Answer basic customer questions regarding their accounts.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer requests, problems, and complaints, directing them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.
- Notarization: Perform notarization of bank-related documents when needed.
- Review and Reporting: Review and call back daily new accounts, maintenance reports, and notices.
- Policy Adherence: Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform all other duties as assigned.
