We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Strategist to join our team in Sarasota. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and boost online visibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee the strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and performance of cross-channel marketing initiatives and campaigns for Neal and its associated businesses.
- Play a key role in creating, supervising, and implementing day-to-day operations and content development for the company's websites and social media channels.
- Develop a comprehensive digital plan to include objectives, strategies, and web management.
- Oversee the implementation of all day-to-day operations and content development for the company's digital properties, such as websites, landing pages, micro-sites, and social media profiles.
- Manage relationships with Zillow and BDX.
- Drive overall digital strategy by researching the market and analyzing competitive companies.
- Evaluate and recommend current and emerging technologies.
- Analyze digital marketing data and report to the Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales.
- Recommend and oversee the implementation of design functions to maintain attractive and creative websites ranked high in search engines.
- Develop and implement search engine marketing strategies to maximize website traffic.
- Manage content for aggregate builder sites and track results, providing analysis and recommendations for marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation.
- Assist in the generation of new company websites.
- Develop and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates from email prospect marketing efforts.
- Support and promote affiliated businesses, including Waterscapes Pools & Spas, Charlene Neal PureStyle, First Continental Mortgage, Ltd., and Allegiant Title Company.
- Attend company-sponsored promotions and events, such as community grand openings.
- Assist in community outreach for sales and collaborative relationships with community groups and agencies.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Strategist or in a similar role.
- Mastery of basic marketing principles, such as target segmentation, value proposition, and brand strategy.
- Proficiency with SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of website design, HTML, search and social advertising, URL architecting, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.
- The employee frequently uses a computer keyboard, regularly travels (as a vehicle driver and as a passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction worksites.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
