Under the direction of the Information Technology Supervisor II of the Digital Services Solution Unit, you will perform a variety of duties in support of Franchise Tax Board (FTB)'s public and internal websites. You will work and collaborate with a wonderful team of website designers and developers cooperating together on creating web presence for components involving the Enterprise Data Revenue 2 (EDR2) project. This includes attending EDR2 JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions to review specifications, discuss impacts and create change requirements. When necessary, you will also collaborate with others to review specifications and use those agreed specifications to document, design, code, and test programs of m edium to high complexity using the right standard and tools designed by FTB policy.
Great communication, collaboration and customer service skills are a must in this position. You will work with others to gain expertise and guidance to code basic web updates and learn more complex coding for various projects and digital products. You will review and communicate technical requirements to management and stakeholders to promote understanding and investment in the departments' digital strategy. The position provides services which encompass the Information Technology domain of Business Technology Management.
