Summary: Kodi Collective Marketing Execution Services is looking for Digital Printing Press Operators to join the team. This role is located at our Mahwah, NJ location. This position requires the capability to work as a team as well as independently. Digital Press Operators process customer orders on various Digital Press machines. This role has first and second positions available and will report to the Pressroom Supervisor.
Responsibilities:

• Adjust, operate, and maintain top of the line digital printing presses.
• Managing print queue, ensuring optimal print, quality checks, and replenish supplies such as ink and substrate to maintain consistent performance.
• Perform minor repairs and maintain weekly maintenance.
• Familiarize products and printer specifications including setup, size, and paper.
• Maintain a clean work environment while following all safety regulations.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Preferred knowledge of printing procedures, computer software, materials, equipment, safety requirements, and skills to perform assignments.
• Mechanical knowledge & manufacturing experience required.
• Skill to read and understand job specifications to determine press set-up materials needed to run the job successfully.
• Must have sufficient knowledge of printer capabilities to determine the most appropriate use of the printer and corrective adjustments required to run efficiently.
• Must have the ability to work at a high level, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and quick decision making.
• Maintenance as needed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Ability to work solely as well as in a team setting.
• Job requires ability to exert 50 to 70 pounds of force frequently.
• Due to the nature of this position, a flexible schedule is required.
