Job Summary

Provide support to a unit's Digital Marketing program through execution of specific assignments related to the area of Digital Marketing communications and media planning services. This position will interact on a regular basis with: department leadership, management and staff, Institute staff, external vendorsThis position typically will advise and counsel: department staffThis position will supervise: NA

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to execute customized campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Develop customized content and remarketing campaigns. Manage trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer engagement. Conduct testing and segmentation.
Job Duty 2 -
Develop and implement paid and owned Digital Marketing plans including priorities, resourcing and performance metrics within wider departmental marketing plans. Evaluate performance of Digital Marketing campaigns against key performance indicators using industry metrics including return on investment, click-thru-rate, visits, conversion, cost-per-click, cost per lead, posts/likes, followers, customer engagement, etc.
Job Duty 3 -
Partner with GT Institute Communications to ensure Digital Marketing plans follow Institute brand, creative, digital guidelines and policies.
Job Duty 4 -
Oversee the social media strategy for the department including posts, content, timing, etc. Monitor social media for company mentions and engage with customers where relevant.
Job Duty 5 -
Partner with GT Institute Communications to ensure social media strategy follows Institute social media guidelines and policies.
Job Duty 6 -
Develop requests for proposals for Digital Marketing requirements. Work with procurement and finance regarding contracts and purchase orders. Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all Digital Marketing including processing any invoices and maintaining budget scope.
Job Duty 7 -
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, information technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required Qualifications
Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Response to security incidents after normal hours.
Required Experience
Two to four years of job related experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Certificate or professional education in Digital Marketing Preferred skills include advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively, assimilate information quickly, analyze problems and implement appropriate solutions
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration

Proposed Salary

Range: $53,687.00 - $73,016.00

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS
This job requires an in-depth understanding of search engine marketing, pay-per-click and search engine optimization, knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud and Customer Relationship Management systems, and strong leadership and communications skills.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analytics tracking & reporting online asset tagging, and UX pathing analysis.
  • Manage web analytic tools and reporting, as well as optimization suggestions to drive business growth.
  • This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Strategic Marketing, Client and Project Managers.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of best practices for marketing, reach, and SEO;
  • Follow the latest trends in online advertising and provide user community with sound rationale in increasing return-on-investment.
  • Represent CIDI units at industry events.
