The Digital Data Intelligence Analyst team will be responsible for facilitating the data, process, and the tool foundation for Demand Generation planning and execution.

 

The Digital Data Intelligence Specialist will support in the execution of Demand Generation Campaigns as well as adoption of standardized, best practice-based Demand Generation processes. They will guide the roll-out of data related projects in support of Demand Generation engine.

 

 

These are some of the responsibilities you will have:

  • Assist in the execution of DG campaigns, emphasizing high-volume list building, data cleansing (e.g., CRM cleansing), and enhancing campaign contact information. Ensure lists are ready for high-volume profiling and targeted campaign outreach
  • Lead data quality efforts by conducting QA/QC checks on high-volume lists and ensuring data accuracy. Take charge of CRM cleansing and cataloguing of third-party data
  • Play a role in adopting and standardizing DG-related processes based on best practices, while keeping the Market Unit's adaptability in mind. Structure and document DG processes across MUs and Regions
  • Support the enablement and coaching of team members, helping them achieve peak productivity and sharing best practices. Act as an SPOC liaison with service providers (e.g., profiling) to drive continuous improvement in DG processes
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to influence and contribute to regional/global roadmaps for DG. Ensure alignment with broader business objectives
  • A strong understanding of data and how it can be utilized for effective storytelling
  • To be a multiplier, someone who goes beyond the job description to contribute strongly to others on a high performing team
  • The ability to take ideas and feedback and convert them into scalable solutions to benefit the broader organization
  • The ability to thoroughly understand and define processes in a way that others can understand.

  • Assist Demand Management Operations with pulling together reporting for leadership
  • Assist in managing business processes by providing technical support and documentation to the broader teams
  • Work with the Demand Management Operations team to implement and scale ideas and business processes
  • Interface and collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand business needs

 

  • Bachelor or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment preferably Telemarketing experience, specifically high-volume phone-centric work
  • Experience in using Demand Generation tools and technology and should possess analytical skills
  • Ability to work in high volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability and confidence to conduct research and self-educate on job related soft skills.
  • Possesses a positive self-motivated can-do attitude.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Background with Excel, PowerBI, or similar BI tools
  • Fluency in English

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 68200 - 149,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
