Digital Marketing Specialist / E-Commerce Specialist | Shopify

Leviev Diamonds is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage our online presence, create compelling content, and drive our Digital Marketing efforts. You will be responsible for adding new merchandise to our website, managing and creating content for social media platforms, and taking on a leadership role. Additionally, you will manage inquiries from clients across the world, potential buyers through messages, emails, and in-store appointments.

Job Duties Include:

• Manage and maintain our website, adding new merchandise and ensuring a seamless user experience
• Expertly manage and update jewelry inventory on the company website using Shopify

• Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms

Monitor Social media landscape for trends, story ideas, develop pitches for editorial execution.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies across social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising channels

• Take on a leadership role, mentoring and guiding team members

• Manage inquiries from clients across the world, potential buyers through messages, emails, and in-store appointments

• Analyze and report on Digital Marketing metrics, using data to inform future strategies and optimizations
• Qualifications/ Requirements
• Must be proficient in Shopify for e-commerce management.

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the luxury goods or e-commerce industry

• Proven track record of success in developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns that drive results

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising channels

• Excellent content creation skills, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Experience with website management and optimization

• Experience with Photoshop or other graphic design software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to be a team player as well as work well independently
• A deep understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
• Good working knowledge of email marketing a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
