Digital Marketing Specialist

All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of individual and family services, specializing in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective Digital Marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness. You will also be responsible for the overall content creation across all platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and driving online traffic to our website and social media platforms. You will be instrumental in designing and executing digital campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and identifying new online opportunities. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills and a passion for leveraging digital channels to reach and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and update company website and social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Create engaging and informative content for websites, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website and Digital Marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
• Identify and implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver timely and relevant digital content and assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;Or 2-3 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the individual and family services industry
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles and best practices
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and techniques
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
