Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator who can creatively and strategically generate and post content for Social Media channels as well as keep company websites up-to-date. The right candidate will be a social media and website ninja who can make high-level suggestions and execute on content creation for our current and future audience.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify, acquire and retain customers.
- Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Provides marketing information by answering sales staff questions and requests.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
- Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular testing.
- Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
- Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in Digital Marketing, particularly within the real estate industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Hands on experience in content management.
