Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The Digital Marketing Manager will spearhead the Digital Marketing process, ensuring the preservation of Loop Brand equities across all digital and social media platforms. Responsible for developing and executing integrated Digital Marketing plans, this role focuses on building brand awareness, driving consumer traffic, and enhancing Loop loyalty program participation through impactful customer engagement and a continually evolving strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing plans and tactics across various channels, including landing pages, content marketing, affiliate relationships, social media, PR, print, email, and digital.
Drive ongoing and new campaigns aligned with target audience needs, organizational differentiators, and value propositions.
Build and manage performance reports using Google Analytics, internal email and database software, and digital advertising platforms, optimizing performance based on insights.
Lead website and campaign optimization, including SEO, A/B testing, content optimization, cross/upselling, lead scoring, and tagging.
Create and implement tagging/campaign tracking across digital channels for effective reporting.
Lead digital reporting in team meetings, translating and sharing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels, including spend, ROI, messaging summary, optimizations, tests, learnings, conclusions, and next steps.
Manage Loop loyalty data for effective marketing campaigns and club member connectivity, maximizing loyalty baskets, repeat visits, and brand loyalty.
Execute Digital Marketing campaigns through collaboration, data analytics, competitive research, and testing new channels.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to onboard new marketing technologies and platforms, aligning with business unit goals.
Strategize and integrate digital customer journeys across multiple platforms, collaborating with marketing team members.
Manage digital strategy across departments, placing and managing ads, updating and implementing different versions, reporting behavioral data patterns, and recommending next steps.
Identify cost-effective and efficient Digital Marketing technologies, operating marketing software, and scheduling tools.
Map business requirements to technology capabilities, building and refining the tech stack and processes across campaigns and association goals.
Stay informed about Digital Marketing and technology trends, testing and learning to innovate strategies.
Analyze new and existing business opportunities to ensure the sustainability and profitability of Digital Marketing initiatives.
Measure spend, ROI, and KPIs across campaigns, evaluating results against benchmarks and goals for continuous improvement.
Forecast ROI and KPI metrics, including consumer traffic data gains and financial growth, to ensure continued success.
Required Qualifications:
Digital Marketing Manager - Food & Beverage
3+ years of professional experience in consumer-focused Digital Marketing with strong expertise in social media.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required; a Master's degree in Marketing or Integrated Marketing and Communications (pursuing or attained) is preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in marketing with roles of increasing responsibility.
Experience in multi-site retailing and food service is a strong positive.
Demonstrated successful experience in building or materially advancing a Digital Marketing program.
Strategic thinker achieving excellent results through effective execution.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email (Outlook) required.
Experience with various graphics design packages, digital photography, website, and other management tools, including Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator) or similar.
Strong analytical skills and capabilities, including experience using a variety of marketing technologies and platforms such as Google Analytics, email/marketing automation, SMS marketing, geo-targeting, CRM/databases, Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn Advertising, social media management platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Hootsuite, or similar tools, inbound and content marketing.
Experience with and ability to execute various types of design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including customer journey flow, adjusting layout, copy, images, calls-to-action, and other content as needed.
Strong understanding of the principles of marketing, communications, and analytics.
Sound project management and organization skills, strong attention to detail, ability to complete projects timely and accurately. Ability to multitask, operate under pressure, and prioritize.
