Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that are designed to continue to grow market share. You will develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives, and evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.

What will you do?

• Strategize, plan, execute, manage, and measure digital campaigns that are repeatable and scalable – including but not limited to content syndication, display advertising, virtual events, webinars, industry thought-leadership, sponsorships, etc.
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Establish clear goals for marketing campaigns, programs and tactics and report on performance goals with continual optimization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new approaches and target audiences and develop strategies and tactics accordingly.
• Develop and lead targeted outbound marketing initiatives targeting enterprise level accounts with a strong alliance with internal stakeholders.
• Manage current vendor relationships and explore new partnerships.
• Edit, publish, and curate content on the website.
• Develop and manage social media content that supports and promotes services, resources, and events.
• Provide timely responses to users on social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Monitor social media accounts to identify trends and evaluate the effectiveness of social media practices.
• Employ software and applications to coordinate content posting and to gather data and analyze account activity.
• Maintain Editorial Calendar to support content creation across all communications channels.
• Implement and support the design of paid promotional campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, and other media channels.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of communications strategies.
  • Help execute marketing/advertising calendar (e.g. directory entries, ad insertions).
  • Manage insertion orders and ad placements.
  • Manage marketing metrics.
  • Market research (pipeline, database development, etc.)
  • Coordinate webinars.
  • Write newsletters
  • Conduct simple marketing research/gather data.
  • Manage promotional branded items.
• Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.

What will you bring to the table?

• BA/BS Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
• 5 years of marketing or related experienceCapable of working with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with an ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights through data analysis.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred
