Duininck Concrete is looking for an individual to create and share digital content to grow our brand. We are hiring a Content Creator to develop original and engaging content for our social media channels and other marketing uses. Strong ability to research and turn content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text that align with the brand identity.

Responsible for:
- Manage various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Visit job sites throughout the season to capture videos and images to build content library.
- Conduct interviews with willing customers to help showcase ongoing or completed projects.
- Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
What we are looking for:
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
- Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe, Canva
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN and YouTube
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content
- Customize content for customer and candidate facing uses
- Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms
- Maximize consumer engagement with marketing content
- Expand Duininck Concrete’s marketing reach
- Appeal to younger generation
- Monitor digital engagement metrics
- Promote company offerings and employment opportunities to reach new audiences
- Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to work effectively without oversight
- Ability to capture compelling videos and photos at job sites, plants or stores.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
